A successful 20 year career as a Builder, Developer, and Building Codes Official, made me realize that I could utilize my experience of building relationships, understanding clients’ needs, research, management and negotiating, to help others meet their REAL ESTATE goals!
I fell in love with the Treasure Coast and its many diverse neighborhoods and distinctive features after relocating and opening a Restaurant here in the mid 1980’s. I’ve had the challenge of navigating the real estate market in relocating; renting; purchasing personal and investment properties, and completing multiple renovation projects. I believe my personal experience in these areas gives me a unique perspective in understanding the obstacles my clients face.
